FOUR ARRESTED ON ROOF OF CHORLEY SCHOOL August 17, 2009 City of Middletown Police arrested four persons early Saturday morning after they were found on the roof of the J.W Chorley Elementary School on Roosevelt Ave. Brian Campbell, 23 of Ferndale, Jonathan Courtier, 17 of Middletown, Blake Case, 22 of Liberty and Cassandra Albino, 21 of Middletown were all charged with Trespass, a Violation. Officers responded to the school just before Midnight and observed the subjects on the roof of the school. Officers had responded to a report of trespassing on school grounds. The defendants had told officers that they were playing a game called “man hunt”. Courtier and Albino are graduates of Middletown High School. Albino graduated in 2006 and Courtier graduated this past June. All four defendants are to appear in Middletown City Court on August 21.
