Middletown Police make arrest in Sunoco gas station robbery 02/02/2010 The Middletown Police Department has made an arrest in the January 11, 2010 armed robbery at the Sunoco gas station at 154 Dolson Avenue, Middletown. Alvin J. Rodriguez (11/17/91) of Concord Lane, Middletown was arrested Monday February 1, 2010 and charged with Robbery in the first degree. It is alleged that Rodriguez along with another subject, entered the Sunoco gas station armed with knives and robbed the store clerk as well as two store patrons. Rodriguez was arraigned and sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail. Investigation continues in regards to the arrest of the second individual.
