Middletown Police looking for suspect in slashing 02/15/2010 On February 14, 2010, the Middletown Police Department responded to 358 Concord Lane in regards to a reported assault. Police were met by a female subject who stated that she had been slashed with a knife, causing injury to her arms and neck. Police are attempting to locate Elvis Rodriguez 08/30/1984 for questioning. Rodriguez, last known address 29 Knapp Avenue, apartment 2 Middletown NY had a prior relationship with the victim. He is 5'11" and 160. Rodriguez was last seen operating a 1995 Lexus ES300 black, bearing NY registration ETJ5662. Anyone with information with the whereabouts of Rodriguez are encouraged to contact the Middletown Police at 343-3151.
